My project is complete! After a round of reviews and fighting with design tools, I have finished a pecha kucha-styled presentation about Archery! It didn't end up being quite what I started out designing, but I'm really happy with the result. Given the time restrictions, I had to drop the part about the history of archery, but for the purposes of the presentation I think that would have been filler anyway, so the formatting did end up leading me to a more concise presentation.

Last project! My final project was to create a series of screencasts to be used by the team I help to support. I have previously created some "DIY" materials that fit within our team branding standards, and the screencasts below are how-to's and tips-and-tricks styled videos to help them make the best use of those templates. These videos will be available on an internal site portal (SAP Jam) which I'd call a mix of Facebook and document storage, but are linked here for external viewing.
I used TechSmith Camtasia to record and edit these videos and they are published to Vimeo using my team's account. NOTE: To view the videos on a mobile device, click the play arrow and the video will play full-screen. Our next assignment for this course was to produce a video and post it online inspired by the sentence: Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo. Confused? I was too. The Wikipedia description is really good at explaining what's going on, and way better than I would be at trying. I'm not going to lie, the "word nerd" in me was loving the prompt and it was right up this former PWer's alley! I wanted to do something fun and I remembered something I had seen somewhere online in the past (wish I could remember where so I could credit them!). The House Buffalo. The term was used in reference to a rather fluffy cat that resembled the shape and color of a bison. Thus, my idea was born!
