Where I live |
I am a Michigan native, born and raised, who, after a four year stint in various places on the East coast, am back in my home state and a first time home owner!
All of the photos in this site were taken during our travels, can you guess where? I'll be posting where the photos are from at the bottom of the pages. I lived in DC for two years, and if you'd like to hear about our adventures there (and mostly see pictures of my cats) check out my Cats in the Capital blog. |
Where I've studied |
I received Masters degree in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from the University of Colorado Denver. Check out my blog with my class projects, as well as other work and observations.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing: Editing and Publishing from Michigan State University in May of 2013. Through my studies, I completed an additional major of English Literature and a minor in Anthropology. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at MSU, learning hands-on through the Professional Writing (PW) program (which is just plain awesome). |
What my passions are |
One of my true passions in life, outside of my professional life, is Archery. I am a competitive archer and USAA Level III coach. Over my time at MSU, I was a two-time All-American and All-Academic athlete, as well as President of the MSU Archery Club/Team. I also began, coordinated, and coached the MSU Demmer Center JOAD Club before moving away.

In the document below, I detail my professional thought leadership goals and the actions I plan to take to achieve them.
