I set out on this blog post with the goal of reviewing an infographic for principles of CARP, which has been very fun, but my biggest challenge was choosing just one! I've been a big fan of infographics for some time now, and I have a ton saved on my various Pinterest boards. It's even a category of documents my team creates on our project request form! So, narrowing it down to just ONE infographic took me longer than I care to admit. Anyway, on to my review!

I recently read an article titled 4 Ways Leaders Approach their Personal Brand (That Don't Feel Forced), and I thought it was a really interesting article for me to stumble upon. The article touches on concepts I have been focusing on pretty significantly over the last year both in my studies and through personal development courses offered through my workplace. In truth, personal brand is a concept I've been aware of and interested in since my undergrad. But how do you define and build your personal brand?
Branding is an important, yet often overlooked, aspect of instructional design. In a world where corporate learners are bombarded with a million emails a day telling them to look this way and that, you need your content to stand out from the crowd as their trusted source of learning content. I've been fortunate enough to be involved in two different branding overhauls over the course of my time in the instructional design field: one aimed at client-facing training and one aimed at internal enablement.
