Our next assignment for this course was to produce a video and post it online inspired by the sentence: Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo. Confused? I was too. The Wikipedia description is really good at explaining what's going on, and way better than I would be at trying. I'm not going to lie, the "word nerd" in me was loving the prompt and it was right up this former PWer's alley! I wanted to do something fun and I remembered something I had seen somewhere online in the past (wish I could remember where so I could credit them!). The House Buffalo. The term was used in reference to a rather fluffy cat that resembled the shape and color of a bison. Thus, my idea was born!

The Assignment
Our first assignment of the semester with a true deliverable came this week! I was excited to get going on the project and actually started brainstorming at the beginning of last week. The idea of talking about a color for at minimum five minutes wasn't really speaking to me at first. That is, until I thought about it from a different way. "A color" means "one color," true, but what if, instead of picking ONE color, I talk about the idea of one color. This is my first course in my Masters program at University of Colorado Denver. I am pursuing a degree in Instructional Design and Adult Learning, and this course will cover different ways to produce media that can be used in a variety of learning avenues. Can't wait to get going on projects and post them here!
